Enteromics
I co-founded and directed a medtech start-up for two years during my PhD studies at UCL. I built ingestible genetic circuits as sensors for various health biomarkers. The start-up was ranked Top 5 (of 518) in the 2020 Mayor's Entrepreneur Health Award, hosted by Sadiq Khan, Mayor of London, and was awarded an Innovate UK Smart Grant.

Everlasting
At fourteen I wrote a short story that I published as a novella, Everlasting, about a young girl during the Elizabethan Era. The Acting Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs attended the reading at the American Community School of Athens, making me one of the youngest Greek writers (2011).

M2 WEARABLE ART
At eighteen I ran a jewellery business that was heavily inspired by science. As a Biochemistry student in the midst of my studies, I expressed scientific inspiration through art, Wearable Art, making handmade jewellery that symbolised the bridge between a scientific mind and a creative spirit.
